📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon successful payment.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Delivery Options & Timeframes
West Malaysia:
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days
- Express Delivery: 3 working days within Klang Valley
Same-day Delivery:
- Klang Valley Area 3PM Cut Off
In-store Pick Up:

💰 Delivery Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
🛠 Fulfillment of Services
For non-physical items (e.g., room rentals, online lessons, service bookings):
- A confirmation email or message will be sent within 24 hours.
- Fulfillment is based on selected time slots or service dates.
📦 Tracking & Confirmation
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
- You can track your parcel’s status using the provided courier link.
