At Klef Music Gallery, we aim to deliver your musical needs safely and promptly. Please review our policy to understand how we process and fulfill your orders.

📦 Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 working days upon successful payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Options & Timeframes

West Malaysia:

Standard Delivery: 5–7 working days
Express Delivery: 3 working days within Klang Valley

Same-day Delivery:

Klang Valley Area 3PM Cut Off

In-store Pick Up:

💰 Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.

🛠 Fulfillment of Services

For non-physical items (e.g., room rentals, online lessons, service bookings):

A confirmation email or message will be sent within 24 hours.
Fulfillment is based on selected time slots or service dates.

📦 Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.
You can track your parcel’s status using the provided courier link.

❗ Delivery Issues

If your item is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement.
